  • Mondays 7:00-8:00 PM – Free Guided Meditation and Lecture
  • Tuesdays 7:00-8:30 PM – Silent Meditation
    (45 min meditative yoga and 45 min silent meditation)
  • Thursdays 7:00-8:30 PM – Moving into Meditation
    (1 hr meditative yoga and 30 min guided meditation)
  • Sundays 8:00- 10:30 AM – Silent Meditation
    (1 hr energization exercises and meditative yoga and 1.5 hr silent meditation)
