  • Mondays 7:00-8:00 PM – Free Guided Meditation and Lecture
  • Tuesdays 7:00-8:30 PM – Silent Meditation
    (30 min movement and 1 hr silent meditation)
  • Wednesdays 7:00-7:45 AM – Silent Meditation
    (45 min silent meditation)
  • Thursdays 7:00-8:30 PM – Moving into Meditation
    (1 hr movement and 30 min guided meditation)
  • Fridays 6:30-8:00 PM – Relax, Meditate, Smile!
    (movement, chanting, guided meditation)
  • Sundays 8:30- 10:30 AM – Silent Meditation
    (energization exercises, movement and 1 hr silent meditation)
