Silent Meditation (30 min)
This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly. Practice varies, but will often begin with 30 min of gentle movement and stretching to facilitate relaxation. We’ll meditate for about 30 min.
Usually there is no meditation instruction offered at this meeting, but if we have new students we will offer guidance to make sure everyone is comfortable during the silent part.
Join us for all or part of this silent meditation.
Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
If you are new to meditation, we recommend The Art and Science of Meditation course before attending this silent meditation.
