Silent Meditation (45 min)
This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly.
We’ll practice Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises from 6:45 am – 7:00 am. Please arrive early if you wish to join us for this part. Silent meditation will begin at 7:00 am.

Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
If you are new to meditation, we recommend The Art and Science of Meditation course before attending this silent meditation.
