Silent Meditation (2hrs)
This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly. We’ll meditate for about 2 hours.
We’ll practice Yogananda’s energization excercises from 8:15 AM to 8:30 AM. Please arrive early if you wish to join us for those. Meditation will begin at 8:30 AM.
Please bring earmuffs or earplugs to this morning meditation as our next door neighbors are open and there may be some noise.
