Silent Meditation (2hr) 8:30AM

This meditation is offered to support those who already know how to meditate, or at least can sit in silence quietly. Practice varies, but will often begin with 40-45 min of gentle movement and stretching to facilitate relaxation. We’ll meditate for about 1 hour.
Please bring earmuffs or earplugs to this morning meditation as our next door neighbors are open and there may be some noise.

Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
