Relax because you’re going to get stretched out really well in a deeply spiritual and meditative environment.
Meditate because you’re going to have to after your body feels so great and your heart has been opened with devotional chanting.
Smile because in deep meditation there nothing left to do but float in expanding calm and infinite Joy!
We’ll begin with physical focus to work out some kinks and blockages, open the heart with spiritual chanting and dive inward with guided meditation.
Meditation includes guidance and intermittent spaces of silence. Each time you attend you’ll go deeper. Meditations vary depending on inspiration and group energy.
