For those who enjoy a bit more physical challenge and deeper stretching prior to relaxation and meditation.
Bring a yoga mat for this one.
Includes more challenging postures and longer hold times. Many find it helpful to work out some kinks and blockages before attempting to turn the mind inward in preparation for meditation.
Meditation portion begins with basic techniques for practice in seated position. Meditation includes guidance and intermittent spaces of silence. Each time you attend you’ll go deeper. Meditations vary depending on inspiration and group energy.
Everyone is welcome! We have comfortable chairs, meditation benches, cushions and other props for sitting.
