This course is suitable for those who are new to meditation or anyone who would like to review the basic techniques of meditation.
The aim of this course is to help you experience the transforming power of meditation while developing a steady home practice. We teach an ancient and powerful approach to meditation brought to the West by Paramhansa Yogananda.
