Begins with movement and stretching to free body of tension and bring mind into the present. Progresses with basic techniques for centering and seated meditation. By the time you’re in silence you’ll know what to do and you’ll have enough time to experience meditation on your own. Each time you attend you’ll go deeper and learn basic techniques to use anywhere and anytime.
