Begin your week with Inner Peace and Joy!
We’ll begin with a guided meditation where you’ll be lead through some techniques and then you’ll be able to practice on your own in silence for some time – but not too long. Think of this evening as an introduction to meditation. At the end there will be time to ask questions.
We have chairs, meditation benches, and everything you need to sit comfortably. You’ll be with a nice group of friendly people!
No experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
